Collin County is the second-fastest growing county in the nation and the City of Anna, located in the county’s northern corridor along U.S. Highway 75 between Dallas and Grayson County’s rising tech hub, is one of North Texas’ most vibrant and rapidly evolving cities.

As the fourth fastest-growing city in the nation, Anna offers more than 61 square miles of planning area at the intersection of four major highways, a diverse range of housing and a community committed to creating a thriving quality of life.

Since 2019, Anna has added over 100 new businesses, created more than 500 jobs and finalized agreements for commercial and residential projects representing investments of over $3 billion. Through its 2050 Downtown Master Plan, the City of Anna is also reimagining its downtown area into a thriving community hub. 3 Nations Brewing is located at the gateway to Downtown Anna, and the city also recently kicked off construction on a new $22 million library and $3.5 million city plaza. By creating a vibrant downtown filled with retail, dining and entertainment, Anna’s enhanced lifestyle offerings will attract visitors, sustain high-quality employment opportunities and draw new businesses.
